Inspire 3 not receiving texts or call notifications

I've tried everything mentioned in these previous messages regarding no text or call notifications. Frustrating! Unpair, pair, uninstall, install, etc. 

Worked at first but now nothing is working!

Hi everybody! A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

This issue should be fixed by now. Please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app installed. 

If you are still having issues, please force close the Fitbit App and restart your phone (off/on)

Me too. Deleted app, re paired a million times! But nothing.

Went through chat and still nothing. Regular troubleshooting. Apparently there's a app update coming next week. I'll wait, if not I'll see if it can be replaced.

I am having the same problem!  I am not sure what to try next.  Very frustrating.   If it won't work, I may as well go back to my analog watch.

Same here I thought I was going crazy. I don't understand what I need to do I've done everything there's no definite answer. I guess if there is an update next week I'll wait but I'm really frustrated. Sorry we're all having to go through this

So I'm thinking of letting my battery die, charge it then see what happens. And yes, theres an update coming next week. One of the two has to work. Fingers crossed.

So I was thinking of letting mine die instead of charging when the battery
gets low. I went through chat with a tech and that didn't help. Everything
they had me do, I had already done it. So as of right now, my battery is at
68%. So I'll run the battery die, charge it and see what happens next.
Also, the tech said there's an update coming next week so that might be the
fix..... Idk. I'll check back in with an update.
Definitely agree on the crazy part. Lol same

Same here. I have a coworker with an Inspire 3 but using it with an iPhone. He says there's no issues at all with this for him, so this gives me hope an update for Android will fix it.

Android all day. The tech agent said it should come some time next week so let's wait and see.  Thanks for that information.

Happy that I'm not the only one having the same problem!! It partially worked again yesterday, but now it stopped working again for no reason.
