Inspire 3 not receiving texts or call notifications

I've tried everything mentioned in these previous messages regarding no text or call notifications. Frustrating! Unpair, pair, uninstall, install, etc. 

Worked at first but now nothing is working!

Hi everybody! A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

This issue should be fixed by now. Please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app installed. 

If you are still having issues, please force close the Fitbit App and restart your phone (off/on)

I have tried this numerous times and it's still not working.

Do you have an android or iPhone?
Are you operating on an software version 11 or up?
The Fitbit version that's going now should be "4.55.1. fitbit-mobile"
followed by some more info.
Have you uninstalled, reinstalled the app?
Do have you have the "Fit" Google app also installed? It's Google fit
activity tracking.
Restart your phone and your Fitbit.

I have android. Phone updated Tuesday, I think, and fitbit is the 4.55.1 version.

I have rebooted watch and phone numerous times and still nothing.

No I don't have "fit" Google installed

Download FIT and try a test call and text

Yes. I've deleted fitbit and fitbit app. Restarted watch, reset all permissions and nothing at all on my watch from texts or calls. Irs do annoying 😩

@CherylWalker , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages and efforts. 
As you have re selected some /all permissions, lets do as follows:

  • Sync your Inspire 3 with the Fitbit app, so no recollected data gets lost. 
  • GO to the settings on the tracker and search for "Clear user data". Tap on it and delete all the info on the tracker. ( no worries all synced info remains saved on your account) 
  • Uninstall the Fitbit App and restart your phone (off/on)
  • Reinstall the Fitbit App and make sure that all permissions are given. 
  • Go to the Bluetooth menu (list) on your phone. 
  • Remove all the connections that might be found with the Inspire 3 (from Bluetooth but not from the Fitbit app)
  • Go back to the Fitbit app > Devices icon or Profile picture (depending if you are using a Fitbit or Google Account) and try to setup the Inspire 3 again as a new device. 
  • Just allow to remove/replace the "old Inspire 3" when prompted during the new setup.
