I was disappointed this morning to see that my new Inspire 3 stopped recording my sleep 3 hours before I woke up. I was excited to see it because I finally got more sleep than normal. Why would this happen and what should I do? (No, I didn't manually start sleep time.) Thanks!

Thanks. Well, last night's sleep was recorded correctly. I hope it doesn't do it anymore. The sleep function is the most important part of the Fitbit for me.

This happens to me too. Not a lot but it does and it is disappointing. It says something about not being able to pick up the necessary
"vibes" to give the correct information for a specific length of time.

Hi - so did you change any settings to get it back to collecting a full sleep stage. I’ve have been wearing my FB3 To bed since mid December and it has only recorded 2 or 3 full sleep stages. The rest are simplified (and disappointing). I’ve followed all of the steps suggested by Fitbit hence the reason why I’m here searching for additional clues.

No, I'm sorry, I didn't change any settings and so far that has been the only time I didn't get a full night's reading. Keeping my fingers crossed, and good luck to you.

This is my first month & Mine has been tracking- more accurately than the paid app I’ve been using for 3 years- until last night it skipped the first two hours I was in bed & asleep. I’ve had mine set to sensitive - which tracks movement in bed. You might try changing the settings to sensitive to see if it gsthets more information for you!
