My fitbit Inspire 3 isn't recording my sleep timeline properly. If I woke up in the middle of the night, early morning to go to the bathroom for less than 5 minutes, the app stops tracking my sleep and said that I stop sleeping at that time. Even if I fall back to sleep for a few hours after this, it doesn't record it.
What is the problem?

Hello, @Camomille, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your sleep time tracked by your Inspire 4.
My best recommendation would be for you to restart your Inspire 3 before you use it once again to sleep and check if this continues. Make your sure to wear the Inspire 3 correctly too.

I am having the same issue and tried speaking with customer support with no resolution. Were you able to come to any type of resolution that will fix the issue?

I know you were not responding to me, but I just wanted to let you know that I did all of what you had suggested and that still did not work

Hi CrisVillaFitbit
Thank you for your response, but unfortunately, it didn't help. Is there anything else I could do?
Thank you

Hey Baby3 - I'm having the same issue and restarting the watch didn't help.

No, it did not. I switched it on my other wrist. I’m gonna see if that might help a little bit. Who knows but thank you for responding. I hope it gets resolved for you as well.
