Hi, I have had a fitbit inspire 3 for two months and it has stopped working, it has been charged several times in the past few days, I have tried the reset option but no screen, nothing lighting up, two weeks of sleep scores seem to have gone unrecorded and those recorded are at weird times during the day. Any suggestions? How do I even rerturn a faulty fitbit?
