Inspire 3 not showing sleep stages again...

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

A few days ago my sleep stages disappeared, like it did maybe a year ago. The function came back so I'm hoping it comes back again. I really miss the Sleep Score as well as the "benchmark" based on age.  I've started looking for another tracker, again....but isn't where I want to go.

Please bring back the sleep stage tracker and sleep score!! It's one of the main reasons I have the Inspire.

Hi @GLORIANJ. Welcome to the forums.

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing. Sorry to know the difficulty.

I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Thanks for the tips!
I had another day skip then came back again, so I will start paying a bit
more attention to how my Inspire is positioned!
I love this feature and I really focus on it!
