Beginning on Thursday night, 06/13, my Inspire 3 stopped showing my sleeping heartrate. It's TRACKING my heartrate, since I can see the chart on the main dashboard, but all it shows me when I look at the sleep report is that HIDEOUS Sleep Stages chart and the Estimated oxygen variation.
It's giving me a score and then literally not showing me what the score is based on.
I tried deleting sleep logs and re-entering them. I did the latest update on the phone app. There might be a setting I missed on the tracker itself, I suppose, but I'm not sure what else to try.
I know this is a budget product for our DontBeEvil overlords, but man, they are really driving me to look at another tracker when this one goes belly up.

Hello and welcome to the community, @Woubbie.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the sleeping heart rate tracked by your Inspire 3.
I recommend you to restart your Inspire 3 and check this article, in the part of 'Why don't I see sleep stages today?', I'm positive this will help you improve the situation. Let me know how it goes.

Would you please include the hyperlink for the "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" article?
My wife never gets sleep stages returned and I've tried restarting her device a couple of times and it didn't help, so I'd like to read that article to see if there are any troubleshooting steps that I haven't tried already.
Tnx

Thank you for the link, @CrisVillaFitbit .
Unfortunately, I've already tried all those troubleshooting steps, so there must be something about my wife's HRV measurements that the sleep stage algorithm isn't happy with. However, it's impossible for me to determine that, because the HRV and Breathing Rate heart metrics aren't returned by design if the sleep stages can't be determined and returned.
These important heart metrics would be very valuable information to have each day, even if the sleep stages can't be determined. Is there any reason why the HRV and Breathing Rate heart metrics couldn't be returned every day going forward?
