Inspire 3 not syncing automatically with the Fitbit app

for the past month, my aspire has not been syncing with the app automatically I have to go in pull down the thing and manually sync it sometimes then it takes two or three times before The information loads. I have tried all the steps in the troubleshooting. Nothing seems to work. It may work for a day or so, but then it goes back to the way it was.
