Inspire 3 not syncing steps to Fitbit app

I have my new Inspire 3 and it’s not syncing my steps to the app. What can I do?  Have forced restart, turned phone off and on and done same with Bluetooth. It’s just not updating the app!! Please help

Thanks for sharing this information. I really appreciate the steps you've tried prior to contact us. I'm sorry you're having this experience with your new Inspire 3. I understand you've tried some steps, but let's try reconnecting your Inspire 3 to the Fitbit app:

 

  1. Forget your Inspire 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Restart your  tracker one more time.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Inspire 3, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

I did everything you indicated above and it still doesn’t sync the steps.
