Inspire 3 not syncing too new phone

Hey guys please help me, my inspire 3 is not connecting too my new phone cause my other phone broke and now its not connecting can someone please help me cause its not working ive tried waiting and stuff but please help ASAP and im thinking its not syncing cause i didnt unsync it from my other phone cause it broke

it dosent show when your phone is broken what too do. it just shows how to sync my inspire 3 to a phone

@Jrfrm_ct , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. Before contacting Support. Please read the following. 

I assume that you don't have access to your old phone. In case you do, turn it's  Bluetooth off.

Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices connected to the new phone or nearby. (headphones, keyboards, etc.)

Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Inspire 3.
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the tracker from there.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.
