Inspire 3 not syncing with app

For the last week or so my Inspire 3 Fitbit won’t sync with the app and therefore is not tracking any of my steps or workout. How do I fix this? I have tried syncing, restarting phone and Fitbit and the app but nothing is working.

Hi, @Tovael I would like to reassure you that even if your Inspire 3 has not synced for a few days it will still be tracking your activities.  Your Inspire 3 will store detailed information for 5-7 days and basic information (like steps) for up to 30 days, so even if it doesn’t sync for a little while you shouldn’t lose any data.

I find the easiest way to force a sync is to log out of your Fitbit app and log back into it again.  Sometimes it also helps to give your Fitbit a restart immediately before logging back in.

If that doesn’t force a sync, please see this this help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t sync.  It is worth working through the steps carefully and in order.
