Inspire 3 not syncing with my laptop

Brand new Inspire 3 will not sync to my laptop, person in the fitbit chat said it's an issue right now, when will there be a fix for this?

@doglady321   Android 8 is the minimum Android OS for your Fitbit, so you should be fine.  Fitbit Supported Devices  Please be aware that you can't have both devices on your account at the same time.  There is a programming limitation.  The app will remove the Inspire to add the Inspire 3.

The Fitbit app for Windows 10 was deactivated in October.  I'm confident that your Inspire was syncing with your phone since then.  The Fitbit app for Windows 10 hadn't been updated since 2019.  All of Fitbit's newest features are only on the mobile app.

I believe that all FitBits now will only sync to  a smartphone and will no longer sync to a laptop. So I don't think there will be a fix for them to sync to a computer.

My original Inspire will still sync to the laptop. Fingers crossed my Android 8 will run the app for the Inspire 3
