Inspire 3 not tracking Km correct

My inspire 3 started tracking my kms wrong, for example I walked 14, 425 steps and it says that is only 3.5 km. How do I fix this?

So basically Fitbit devices use GPS data to calculate more precise distances. When the user syncs their device, our algorithm interprets the data, and the user can check their distance traveled in the Fitbit app. Just to double check, let's try the following: 

• Make sure you’re swinging their arms when they walk
• Track your walks using the Exercise app with GPS turned on
• Check that your height is correct using this instruction How do I manage my Fitbit profile?
