My inspire 3 has recently stopped tracking miles travelled except when I am in walk/run mode. I have tried restarting the fitbit, redownloading the app, reconnecting bluetooth; nothing works. I really like to know how far I walk during the day so I'd love to fix it. It is tracking everything else just fine
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @schnebet.
Thank you for taking the time to share all these details regarding the difficulty that you are experiencing with Inspire 3. Thanks for trying to fix this issue by your own.
Let me tell you that our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.
Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
You can find instructions for this here: Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
In the meantime, please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

This is an issue with the Inspire 3 not versa 4. Technically that fix does work but it’s not as accurate as the gps. Does anyone have any tips on how to get it back online?
