Inspire 3 not tracking my data accurately

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Inspire 3 has gone crazy, it's showing that my heart rate is 170 even though I'm sitting still and I have manually measured my pulse and it's about 60...

The app states that I have burnt almost 4 000 kcal today and 385 zone minutes, but I have been sitting at my desk almost all day.

What to do?

Hi, @Zirqon, welcome to the community, I suggest you restart your Inspire 3 as demonstrated in this video (do not use the factory reset or delete & reinstall the app)

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Nope, didn't help. It goes crazy when I sit and work by my computer, maybe something is disturbing the connection.
I don't have this problem at the office though, only at home. Strange

I am having this same issue, as I did in latter days of my charge 4. I upgraded to inspire as I thought it was due to old age of Charge.

mine is brand new and it had this problem immediately. It’s no use having a tracker if it doesn’t work properly. How can this bug be fixed? Yes, updated app and restarted device (which I shouldn’t have had to do as it was new.)

would appreciate help in fixing this

Hi, @Janrob61 & @Zirqon can you please describe what your Inspire 3 is doing "Going Crazy"? If as mentioned in an earlier post you have an elevated HR check out How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? If you have been using your keyboard remember your Inspire 3 analyses arm movement as steps How accurate are Fitbit devices? explains some of the issues and How to make your fitness tracker count steps more accurately - The Verge offers a third-party view. The Kcal & AZM counts are directly linked to the HR data.

I hope this helps but please post here again if you have further questions.

Cheers

Mine has not “gone crazy”,

what it is is that it will tell me at times (not consistent) I am in the active zone and pulse is >110 etc even if I am sitting still. I check my pulse with oximeter and it is normal. I upgraded to inspire because old charge 4 started doing same thing. Was not expecting the same thing to happen with a brand new device.

It is very frustrating and I am strongly tempted to return device as it is no use to me if it is not accurate
