Inspire 3 not tracking sleep. Can I return it

My versa 2 recently stopped working.  It was out of warranty and I was given 35%off of a new purchase.  I selected the inspire 3 for cost reasons and because it had every feature I have been using.  Well... Not so much.  The watch doesn't track sleep and can't pick up my heart rate in the water.  Can I return the inspire and replace with a versa 2?  This is very frustrating.

Hi, @Cjo11us, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? You will see you need to be "at rest" for about an hour before your sleep is recorded, if you are a restless sleeper movement may interrupt the process. You may find changing sleep sensitivity, From your Fitbit app "today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>app settings>sleep sensitivity (choose normal or sensitive) and then return to "Today" & sync by sliding your finger down the screen & releasing.

None of the Fitbit devices tracks HR while swimming no matter how you start the exercise (by auto-recognising or using the "Swimming" icon How do I track swims with my Fitbit device? explains.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
