It sounds like this wasn’t really resolved. I just bought the inspire 3 and I’m having this exact issue. Did you figure out something that worked?

Hi there, @JP06. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 3 before reaching out. Sorry your feel that way about this feature.

Please confirm your Inspire 3 is not on 'CLIPPED on Body' mode. For more information, see How do I put on my Fitbit device? With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.
  • Restart your Inspire 3.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

im having this same issue. I have tried w rushing suggested. I’m going to make sure that my heart rate is detected tonight. It has been almost useless as a sleep tracker and that is why I bought it. I have an Apple Watch that does most of the other functions.

Any tips for the inspire 3?

I have followed all of these steps and once again for good measure, but I am still getting a simplified reading.

So, to clarify, if you use the Begin Sleep Now function in the app - Luxe will not track your sleep cycles? Why not, and what is the point of having that function if it does the opposite of what it is intended to do?

my Luxe is not consistently tracing my sleep cycles and O2 variations either, and this is one of the most important reasons I even want a Fitbit at all.
