Inspire 3 not tracking sleeping heart rate and saying awake for long periods which is inaccurate

Over the past two days my new inspire 3 is suddenly not displaying my sleeping heart rate statistics any more and is also starting that I have been awake for half of the night . This is totally inaccurate. I generally sleep 8 hours and I fo know I was not awake for 4 hours . I have a premium account.
