Inspire 3 not tracking temperature

I’ve been wearing my inspire 3 consistently for multiple weeks now, I have all other health stats being recorded but for some reason it is not measuring skin temperature. I’ve done all the troubleshooting that was recommended to fix this but it has not worked. Anyone know how to fix this? 
For reference, I have Fitbit premium and I am using the iOS app

I'm having the exact same problem with my inspire 3 with premium account. I certainly wish someone from Fit it would respond.
