This just doesn't work anymore.
I have walk set up on the app to auto recognise and I have it set up on the fitbit as well. But, it only auto recognises less than half of my walks. Sometimes it connects with my phone and logs a walk route, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it turns itself off half way through a walk.
I used to have a Flex 2 and that auto recognised every time. I used to log my food but don't bother now because my calorie burn recorded is way off.
The heart rate monitoring is helpful as is the sleep monitoring butbits pretty useless otherwise.
And the app has not synced to my Aria scales for probably a year.
I have contacted support dozens of times. It's always the same.
Check you have the latest version of the app. Force stop the app. Restart the Fitbit. Restart your phone. Log out of the app. Etc, etc. And nothing changes. It is absolutely useless.
