Inspire 3 not working after swimming

My Inspire 3 is less than a few months old. Took it to the pool for the first time last week and it has completely stopped working since!

I have waited for the condensation to dry out.. I have tried charging it again… I have tried restarting by holding the side buttons for 60seconds.. nothing 

I have tried contacting customer service but the website keeps telling me to call between working hours.. their operational hours are literally 24hrs!!

I am at my wits end!! Was so excited about getting a Fitbit and now I feel so disappointed not just with the product but also the lack of customer support!! 😒

You Inspire 3 is water resistant up to 50 meters. However, water resistance may diminish over time and can be negatively impacted by any of the following:

Dropping the device.
Exposing the device to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, perfume, insect repellent, lotions, or sunscreen.
Exposing the device to high-velocity water (for example, during water sports).

I appreciate you have tried some troubleshooting prior contacting support. I understand how you may feel. The availability to contact support may vary depending on you location, I suggest that you contact us for further assistance.

Our hours of operation are from monday to sunday from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm Central Standard Time.

just tried contacting again. Keep getting Please try again during support hour
