Inspire 3 not working after swimming

My inspire 3 has stopped working after going for a short swim (which is supposed to be fine - that’s why I bought it). After drying it the device was completely unresponsive so I plugged it in. I then tried a reset with no response. I then performed a hard reset by pressing both sides of the watch while plugged in. The screen came on but is unreadable - there are lines going across and it is continuously flashing on and off.

Got the same problem with mine! I went to a tube river activity. Almost not put my fitbit and water (max 2 min and max in 30 cm of water). After that the screen goes black and never respond again… when I look on the app it says it can synchronise with it and i was able to make the update. I plugged it for 2 h, try the 2 resets and nothing work.. even if it still vibrating, the screen still on black all the time. Can someone help us?

Unfortunately it doesn't take much for a tiny bit of water to get in and fry it. My approach is to never get a wrist watch wet, no matter how briefly, no matter how it is rated.
