Following as I am having the same issue. I get the reminders to move etc but am not getting call, message or iPhone reminders since the update

I have noticed that there is now an icon on my fit bit that shows a phone icon with a line though it. I have now discovered that I can only get notifications if I have the Fitbit app open on my iPhone as well, when previously I didn’t.

I have can’t find anything obvious in settings to change this back. I don’t keep the Fitbit app open as a routine to conserve battery and data. If this is a permanent change, it is going to be annoying.

I also can’t seem to sync my Strava data or add a manual activity since the update

After latest update I have the same problem! My phone and Inspire 3 are not connecting. There's an icon of the phone striked through :mobile_phone_off: on the watch. No notifications are going through. It's very annoying! I regret doing the update.

since posting this, I’ve tried loads. Googled and the symbol suggests the watch is on DND, it wasn’t.

I switched on dnd and sleep mode then switched back off again. Notifications now seem to be working again.

Oh! I'm happy it worked for you. Unfortunately, with mine no success. I cannot sync with the phone so it's basically not working anymore.

Spoke too soon. It seemed to go back and showing no phone connected again 😞

Still can’t log manual activity or link to Strava.

😞
