Inspire 3 ongoing difficulties

Are they ever going to actually fix this or can we finally get a credit from this device? It has NEVER synced my notifications other than my calls. Despite trying every suggested fix. Now, my Fitbit inspire 3 is stuck on the notifications screen. I can’t reboot, unlock, swipe, or do anything with it really. This model has been a problem since it came out. It’s a joke.

Please, confirm that you have tried to restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If restarting doesn't resolve the issue: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I have the same issue too.  My fitbit inspire 3 does not receive notifications anymore.  I tried all the possible trouble shootings - pair/unpair, forget device on bluetooth, offload fitbit app, sign out, reboot and all that jazz.  Nothing works!

It is frustrating!

I had problems with notifications, too, until I told the fitbit app / notifications/ to "mirror your phone".

New England, USA - Various: Versa Lite, Charge 5,6, etc. Pixel 7 on 16.
