Inspire 3 only shows blue dots at top of screen. It will not do anything else.

Hi, @ChrisC4406 , have you tried giving your Fitbit a restart?  The instructions are here .  If a restart does not help I would also suggest changing the clock face - that can also help screen issues.  You change the clock face in the app and the instructions are here  .  If that fixes your issue you can return to your previously chosen clock face if you prefer.

Excellent! I am glad the restart worked for you!  A restart is always the first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit isn’t behaving as expected.
