Hi, @Hike72 on the Inspire 3 if you swipe up from the clock screen you should see a number of statistics and distance should be below battery per cent, date, and footsteps. It should be displayed with a little mile marker (inverted tear drop) and depending on your settings should be in kilometres or miles. Can you confirm that it is not there when you swipe up?
As well as being available when you swipe up, your distance should show on some of the clock screens.
There was a bug reported over the summer of some devices not tracking distance, however as you report that your app is reporting the distance I do not think that could be the reason for your issue. However it is always a good idea to make sure that both your app and your Fitbit device is up to date. When your device needs an update you will see a pink arrow on the opening screen of the app.
I would also recommend giving your Fitbit a restart. Instructions are here . You will not lose any data when doing a restart and it is always a first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the Community Forums!
