Inspire 3 only tells me how many hours I slept

I am starting the topic again because it was not answered satisfactorily.   I just purchased the inspire 3 as an upgrade to my old loyal fitbit.  I used my fit bit to check my sleep score.  I want to improve my sleep. I check my stages of sleep, etc.  My new fit bit only tells me how many hours I slept and nothing else.  This is not an upgrade.  Please, does anyone know how to fix this?  I should have more features on a newer device not LESS.

I understand your concerns about what happened last night with your new Inspire 3, but I'd like to check some details before taking a final decision. Thanks for all the details shared in your post.

As a first approach, I suggest restarting your Inspire 3 and try again tonight. Since it's a new device, it might have to calibrate your sleep.

• Please also confirm you're not using the 'Begin Sleep Now' option in the Fitbit app, instead of simply wearing your device to bed.
• Confirm you wear your device higher on your wrist before going to bed (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone).
• Make sure Inspire 3 is set to 'Worn on Wrist' option on the 'Quick settings'. When you turn it off, the icon appears dim with a line through it.

On your Inspire 3 you should be able to see sleep time and sleep score and on the Fitbit app you will see all details and graphs about your sleep. When you're not getting your sleep stages you usually get your sleep pattern (asleep, restless and awake time).
