Inspire 3 not detecting phone

Since the last update, my inspire 3 has been has what looks like a phone icon with a line though it on the top 1/4 of the watch. I’ve tried everything : deleting the device, resetting it, BT off/on, iPhone restart, app deleted and re installed, updating the app, erased user data on inspire 3, but NOTHING worked. This appeared since the last updated on my device a week ago… help this is pretty annoying.

This is a response I received… 

That is one of the Status Indicators that is part of the latest firmware update.  9to5google  That icon means that your Fitbit isn't connected to your phone.  Your phone might be out of range.  You will see it, too, if you don't keep your Fitbit app running in the background. It is supposed to disappear in 3 seconds.  There are three other icons: Do not Disturb is on, your Sleep mode is on, or your battery is critically low.
