Inspire 3 open water swimming

Hello,

I do both indoor and outdoor swimming, and have just bought my first Fitbit, I’ve noticed the Inspire 3 works on tracking lengths, has anyone found a way of tracking outdoor swims (a lap is approx 330m)?

Hello @LKellott and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but the Inspire 3 doesn't have a good way to track open water swimming.

Hello @PeMat and welcome to the Community.  Please take a look at this Help article: How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?  Fitbit lists several reasons why your swim stats can be off.

I have contacted customer service and even called. We went through everything.  The band does not record the correct swim time or laps. The issue has been ongoing for at least 3 weeks.
