Clock face on my inspire3 has remained lit for last 5 hours.

In addition to the suggestion provided by @NellyG, I'd tell you to confirm that you haven't activated "Always-On Display":
If the issue persists, try to change the clock faces as indicated here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi @Curlyhill that won't be good for the battery life. Have you tried restarting your Inspire 3 a few times?
Restart Inspire 3
If you can’t sync Inspire 3 or you have trouble with tracking your stats or receiving notifications,
restart your tracker from your wrist:
1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app .
2. Open the Settings app Restart Device Restart.
