Inspire 3 resets to logo screen

Inspire 3 doesn’t display anything but logo screen. Whenever we try to reset, either on the charger or off, it returns to the logo screen. It will not pair with Bluetooth.

I perfectly understand how frustrating this can be, and I truly appreciate the steps you've already taken!

Considering what you've mentioned, I'd like to recommend that you perform a new setup for your devices. This might seem a little tricky, but below is a list of steps to follow:

  • Verify that the Fitbit app on your phone or tablet doesn't have any pending updates.
  • From the Fitbit app, tap on the icon that looks like a watch and a mobile phone located at the top of the screen.
  • Tap on the option that says "Add More Device" 
  • From the list of devices, choose your Inspire 3 
  • Tap on the option that says "Replace with New Inspire 3". This suggests you're essentially telling the app you're setting up your existing Inspire 3 as if it were a new one.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the app.

Please keep in mind that it's not necessary to remove or unpair your current device before starting this process. Also, please make sure you have your WiFi password readily available, as you will be asked for it again to complete the setup.

We did all the updating and tried to add a new device but it could not find the fitbit device.
