Hi, @OldBen1590 , your Inspire 3 will detect changes in sleep (deep, light, restless, awake) based on your heart rate readings. If your heart rate goes up too much from your resting heart rate, and if the Fitbit detects a lot of movement, it may report that you are awake instead of just “restless”. It is quite possible that you have periods of awareness that are relatively and therefore you aren’t even aware. If you had an original Inspire (without heart rate detection) it won’t have detected these differences.
Do make sure that the Fitbit is snug on your wrist but not overly tight so that the Fitbit can consistently detect your heart rate. Otherwise your sleep stats may not be accurate.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Sorry. Just not a good quality product anymore. Says I'm up for hours at night. My original inspire was more accurate.
So sad ..
