Inspire 3 says it can’t sync

Most of the time when I go to sync my Inspire 3 it says it can’t connect or it takes forever and says it is having trouble sit tight. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue? I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max if that might make a difference.

Hi @kmb56537, thanks for sharing your problem
We've had lots of complaint about iPhones not syncing with the Fitbit app, and I recommend using your iPad (if you have one), or a non-apple laptop. If you still want help there are loads of comments about this problem. I'm sorry I didn't know the solution to this problem.

Hi @kmb56537. It's good to see you back in the Community.

Thanks for the details regarding your Inspire 3.

Please, try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  2. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Set up the notifications and accept the request to pair with your iPhone.

Having the exact same problem with my mums Fitbit. Have done every troubleshoot Fitbit can give me but it’s still not working.

Now have to send the Fitbit back (5 to 10 days) and wait for them to assess the unit before getting a replacement.

Not overly impressed at all with this as I go on a hiking holiday in the next few days and wanted it with me!

So frustrating and upsetting!
