Inspire 3 says it is "clipped on body" although I am wearing on my wrist as usual.

For the last few days my Inspire 3 has claimed that it is "clipped on body" even though I am wearing it on my wrist as usual. It has also stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate. I tried restarting the device, but nothing changed.

You must have accidentally set it to 'clipped on body' in Quick Settings'. That turns off heart rate which explains other things.

Go to Quick Settings and change it back to "Worn on Wrist'.
