Inspire 3 screen black

Recently my screen is just black.  The Inspire is otherwise working fine, it is tracking data and providing haptic feedback when buttons are pressed or when i restart it.  So far I have tried, charging and restarting, changing watch faces and syncing, none of which work. Any help would be greatly appreciated, otherwise I think it'll have to be a warranty return. Thanks in advance!

Restarting your device and changing the clock face are the basic troubleshooting for this kind of issues with the screen. If your device is still tracking data and syncing to your Fitbit app, my best advice is to contact our support team. They count with better resources to investigate your issue in depth. I am having the same issues too. I tried restarting and changing the watch faces. But my screen remains black with glitch bars.

i can see from the app that it is recommended to reconnect with Bluetooth. However I run the risk of not being able to pair my device back to my app since I cannot read anything on the screen. Surely there must be a way to fix this issue. 

please help.

I'll be pursuing a warranty return, looks like it's just broken. Unfortunately this forum has been of no use in helping me solve the issue.
