Inspire 3 screen briefly blinks when ‘Always On’ is in used

I updated the Inspire 3 firmware this AM and don’t like the results.  I use the ‘Always On’ feature and now when the display switches from the on-but-dim mode to the normal display when I flick my wrist, the display briefly blinks at max brightness before lowering down to normal brightness - very distracting new behavior !

I tried it without Always On mode, where the screen goes from dark/blank to normal display with a flick of the wrist and this bright flash doesn’t happen, at least in that case it’s like it was before the firmware update.

I appreciate the steps you've tried with your Inspire 3 after the latest firmware update. Please restart your tracker, then try to use it again. This is not an expected behavior since 'Screen wake' should work smoothly when either you're using 'Always-on display' mode or not.
