Inspire 3 screen freeze: 2 displays

I was in the shower (without water lock I don't use it) and the fitbit just suddenly was displaying main screen and the time with the options how many minutes. The screen has completely frozen, the time still updates, but it doesn't clear the whole screen. Anyone who has had the same issue and can help?

also screen doesn't turn off so it's just always on, and I didn't choose always on screen for all I know.

I updated the watch, and the screen updated with it. but people should know this is a problem in the future.
