Hello. My wife and I both have the inspire 3 device though hers is a few months older. Over the past couple of weeks hers keeps freezing with the screen staying on. It still syncs and tracks steps etc., even the time continues. It’s just you cannot do anything on the device like start an exercise, try relax or turn dnd on etc.. only way to clear is to plug in and reset by holding for 10 seconds.
What we’ve noticed though is when it locks a dot appears between the hour time on the display. See below. This clears after it has reset.
I’ve checked for firmware updates but nothing available. She uses with an android device and me an apple though don’t think this would make a difference.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

never mind. i was able to restart the device and that fixed it.

I cannot even change the clock face!!! Wasted evening trying to fix the no scrolling issue.

Could you please confirm that you tried from the Fitbit App?

My screen freezes also. Unable to do anything with it. Lasts for a few minutes. Started with the last update. Also the guided breathing circle in mindful tile has disappeared.
