@CheramyW , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

To restart the Inspire 3 follow these steps. 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. When Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.
