Inspire 3 screen glitch

I've noticed an increase on my inspire 3 screen where it's glotching and acting like it's being repeatedly tapped. It'll swipe and tap without me touching the screen. It makes the whole screen unusable as it won't listen to my finger. It's even turned off and on alarms and started and ended workouts without me touching it. 

Does anyone know what is going on or how to fix it?

@Sadgirlnoises have you tried restarting it? That's usually the first thing I do when my device is misbehaving.
