Inspire 3 screen goes from normal to horizontal lines (looks staticky)

The last few days my Fitbit has been going from a normal screen to all of a sudden having horizontal lines/almost going completely blank, and looks staticky. I have tried resetting it multiple times, charging it completely, nothing seems to help, just seems random, and will go back to normal randomly as well.

The screen still lets me scroll/tap etc, side buttons still work, just the display seems to be messing up.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for your efforts to troubleshoot your Fitbit. Since those steps aren't working, I've gone ahead and requested a case on your behalf so you can receive assistance in regards to your Inspire 3. Hi there, @Littlekatie2. Nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. 

Thanks for reporting this issue with your Inspire 3 display and for trying to troubleshoot it before contacting us. You did a great job trying to restar it, please confirm that you've followed these steps in order to do so. 

As the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for your response. I have attempted to restart both ways possible and changed the clock face and it is still happening. I have a picture and a video of what it looks like, but it won't let me upload it here.

I am having g exactly the same problem but mine is now consistent. I’ve tried changing the clock face and re-starting too. Now I’m only able to see a blue line - nothing else on the display and then that disappears too. 
 
what are my options? This device is less than 3 months old.
