My daughters brand new inspire 3 is currently locked on the alarm and relax screen and won’t let us do anything. Help!

Sad to hear that your daughter's Inspire 3 isn't working as it should. I'd suggest restarting it. To do so please attach it to the provided charging adapter which should be connected to a reliable power source. Then press and hold Inspire 3's side buttons for around 10 seconds until the device vibrates and the Fitbit logo is shown on it's screen.
