Hi there, @Margthom. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Inspire 3 is not working properly. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I am having the same problem. It started last week, and the screen went completely blank. I was able to read in the forums about restarting my device, and that did not work. After a day or two, the device reset, but now it is draining my battery at record pace. The screen won’t turn off. I’ve tried changing my clock face and resetting the device multiple times. Nothing works. Help please

Thank you…I had tried all of those and it would not restart. However I left it overnight and tried again. It started..I must not have been holding the sides long enough.
