Inspire 3 screen not working

  • The screen is flashing and i cannot see the time.

I'm sorry to hear that your screen is not working.  

In this case, please, try to restart your Inspire 3 and from your app change the clockface: 

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab / devices icon  / your device.
  2. Tap Clock faces  / Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want  /  Install.
  4. Sync
