Inspire 3 screen only showing 5 dots

Help. 5 dots on screen, won't change to anything else.

Please try installing a different clock face on your Inspire 3. To do so, tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner of the Fitbit app, then tap on the Inspire 3 tile to get to it's settings. Next choose the Gallery > Clocks tab. Choose whatever clock face you'd like to install and then tap on Install.

Please make sure that your Inspire device and your phone are nearby until the installation is finished.

Hi there, @Dofunny. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 3.

As @Talahthas has suggested, please restart your Inspire 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Didn’t get fixed changing watch face or restarting or even deleting and rest along. Still just 5 dots and 3rd dot lit up green. I even fully charged it. It’s not working at all

Have fitbit charging near your computer or laptop. On laptop or computer open your fitbit app. Go to clock and select different clock and change style. Shut down and this should fix it.

Thanks I opened up my phone app and change the clock and it’s fixed now
