Hello all, I just received inspire 3 as a Christmas present (updating my charge 4)
There are couple of things not working and I’m really puzzled:
1) I update the tracker as instructed on the app. The tracker says update complete but then the app keeps asking me to update the tracker. I don’t know how many times I did the update it still does the same.
2) The screen is stuck on the clock. I can’t swipe down/up and/or right. I restarted the fitbit and my iPhone multiple times. I also changed the clock face, it still doesn’t work (in the meantime it keeps my steps and reminds me to move but I can’t swipe the screen)
3) I charged it fully and in less than 12 hours the battery went from 98% to 34% - given that it was supposed to last even longer than charge 4 there is something wrong.
This is my third fitbit and i never had issues like this, so I’m really surprised and thinking of returning this device if I can’t resolve these.

Before you start what may be a long call make a note of the steps you have taken and the results so you can place the support agent in the best position to advise you.
