Inspire 3 screen too dim and battery is draining quickly

My Inspire 3 is less than a year old.  This last update causes my screen to be extra bright.  Even though the setting is set to dim.  The battery is also draining within a couple of days.  It used to hold a charge for close to 10 days. My only guess is that the latest update caused this.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
