Inspire 3 screen wake feature isn't working

My insprie 3 will not let me turn on 'wake up' when I move my wrist up to check the time.  I used to, but not anymore.   How do I do it?

To better assist you, may I know the wording you're seeing on your Inspire 3 screen? 

Meanwhile, please try change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Inspire 3.

To hopefully get things fixed, first sync your device to not lose any data it might have tracked so far. Then please follow the instructions under 'Restart Inspire 3' following this link:

Hi there, @49clipper.. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the screen wake feature on your Inspire 3 isn't working. We'll be glad to help you!

In addition to the recommendations provided by @Talahthas, if you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick settings and check if the screen wake has been accidentally been turned off. To do so,  swipe down from the clock screen. Tap a setting to adjust it. to access the quick settings. Here you can change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

I did that first. The screen shows different wording and and no way out
of it.
I also went to settings and reset the watch wirh no change at all.
