I just brought my Fitbit wore it a week I have to put in on the charger, I have left my Fitbit on the charger all night and part of day it and it is still not charging HELP

Sad to hear that your Inspire 3 doesn't work as expected. I'd suggest to restart it. To do so, first connect your Inspire 3 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source. Now press and hold both buttons of your device for 10 seconds. Release both buttons and check whether or not you see the Fitbit logo on the display.

@Majic32 - when you (successfully) connect to the charger, you should feel a vibration and see the screen light up showing the current % charged. If not, you may not be properly connected on the charger end, or whatever you've plugged into may not be working. If it is completely flat, you may have to wait a few minutes before you can get it to vibrate and the screen to show back up.
