Hello,
I just received my fitbit charge 3 yesterday. I paired the fitbit to my phone and then allowed it to charge. I took it off the charger around 6 or 7 pm and it was fully charged. But, through out the rest of my evening, I noticed that my battery was dropping fast. I googled solutions so I turned off the heart rate moinitor, notifications, and I set the display brightness to dim in order to preserve battery. After I did that, I restarted my fitbit. It worked fine but the battery was still dropping fast. When I woke up at 8 this morning, it was a 1%. My fitbit only lasted about 12 hours with a full battery. I am letting it charge now but I am worried because my fitbit isn’t even a day old yet and I am already having issues :(( What do I do? How can I fix this issue? Should I return and get another?
